The situation in Gaza is dire. Families in Gaza lost their loved ones and homes and are struggling to find shelter, food, water, and medical aid. These families are raising funds to evacuate to safety, but since the borders are closed by Israeli forces, they are trapped in horrible conditions. These funds are used to survive and purchase food and necessities, which are very expensive in Gaza. Some have successfully evacuated but need help to rebuild their lives as they lost everything.

More than 8 million people have fled their homes, taking refuge inside and outside the country, with children representing about half of the people displaced. Sudan is now the country with the largest number of displaced people and the largest child displacement crisis in the world.
